We typically work on a hybrid model consisting of a modest monthly retainer and a success fee, which is a small percentage of the capital raised. This ensures we are fully committed to your journey while covering the intensive, hands-on work required. We are transparent about our fees from the outset and tailor agreements to each startup's specific situation and funding goals.

Apex Venture Advisors is a pure advisory firm. We do not invest directly from a dedicated fund. This is a deliberate choice that ensures our advice is always 100% objective and conflict-free. Our sole focus is on finding the very best investors and deal terms for you, rather than promoting our own fund. This unbiased approach is a core part of our value proposition and is highly valued by the founders we partner with.

The fundraising timeline can vary significantly depending on market conditions, your startup's stage, and its readiness. On average, you should plan for a 6 to 9-month process from our initial engagement to capital in the bank. This includes 1-2 months of intensive preparation (pitch deck, financial model, strategy), 3-4 months of active investor outreach and meetings, and 1-2 months for due diligence and legal closing.
